We always make sure that our valued customers receive the exact services ordered by them. Still, the customers are requested to refund the service amount so there is no procedure to refund the amount, you can choose another tutor as the charged amount.
If you wanted to cancel your tutor service by BR Tutors, you will notify us before the 7 days of the tutoring service.
